Ended up having to get a $30 Uber instead of the free airport shuttle, because their shuttle was in the repair shop. There was no advance notice of this, however. Polite service, but very slow and in attentive. The service should be better for $150 a night.

Cons (-) We had to wait over an hour to be picked up by the airport shuttle. We called several times but we're not able to reach anyone at the front desk. We finally had to call the reservations number before talking to a real person. Even after speaking with someone we never saw the van. Cons (-) Staff was EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful. I had a late check in, I called in before hand to make sure my room was held and not overbooked. The lady on the phone was rushed and said "yeah no worries we got you taken care of" When I arrived same lady said we overbooked you. Then told me to go next door to the Sheraton which was $40 more expensive.

Pros (+) This was a great location, convenient to Dulles Airport and the companies I needed to visit. A shuttle is provided to and from the airport, and to local businesses to the hotel.
Cons (-) The rooms were furnished with "well worn" 60's era furniture, uncomfortable beds, and loud air conditioners.

Pros (+) Rooms were big and clean Breakfast has quite some choices of food and was included with the room. Free wifi!!! Location was great not far from the Dulles airport
Cons (-) We waited for a while for airport shuttle because they work with Sheraton, so pay attention to Sheraton airport shuttle when it comes so you don't wait forever...
