Bathroom door didnt lock without someone pushing hard from outside, and one of the beds had pee stains all over it.

Pros (+) Everything exactly like you would expect from an airport hotel of this brand. Driver of the shuttle was very nice and friendly.
Cons (-) Very noisy hotel with extremely thin walls. Group of young teenagers staying on the same floor I was on. Noisy until 2 a.m. two nights in a row. Complained to the front desk several times but without satisfactory resolution. Noisy on the third night from a different group until 1 a.m. I'm a business traveler, so I was very surprised when I was given a room on this floor. Even though the management...

Pros (+) I was checking in very late and the staff was really friendly and the bed was very comfortable.
Cons (-) Bathroom was a little small, but otherwise perfect
Pros (+) Convenient location to Dulles airport. Nice view from room.
Cons (-) Poor quality of rooms interior, inattentive service, restaurant not open on Sunday night, room service menu missing from room had to call twice to get, food not very good and weirdly delivered in shopping bags.
Pros (+) The room layout was lovely and large. The bed was comfortable.
Cons (-) The extra blanket in the closet looked like something you'd find in Grandma's closet....old and ripped. It was cold in the unit even though I adjusted the thermostat. The blankets should be able to be pulled up over a person's shoulders.
