The beds were comfortable but the resort is under construction. No pool! No hot tub! Nothing but a large dirt pile. A heads up would have been nice.

Pros (+) I loved the pool area. And that the access to the beach was super close.
Cons (-) The rooms were totally disgusting. I was just at that same hotel two years ago and it’s gone way downhill. The room seemed nice as we walked in. It smelled fresh. But as we settled in we noticed how dirty it was, meaning needed new paint, some bleach, and a new bed. The bed was awful- it split in the middle cross wise. It felt we were sleeping in a hole. Pros (+) Have heard a lot about Hilton Head over the years, and was a bit underwhelmed. Most of the buildings in the area appear to have suffered from age and weather. In no way does this compare to Pebble Beach or Palm Springs.

Pros (+) Nice comfortable bed
Cons (-) Paid 30 dollars extra for beach view and got one of the parking lot.Way overpriced for this type of hotel.Started with initial price of 199 on kayak and paid close to 300.Much better deals on Hilton Head that I should have pursued.

Pros (+) The breakfast was delicious! Good price and would come back for the buffet. The beds were very comfortable.
Cons (-) It would have been nice if your website knew it could have told us that it was under renovations. There was some hipcups staying there. The staff was great and had a great attitude going through their transition.
