Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location, with many noting its proximity to attractions, stores, and restaurants. However, there were significant concerns about cleanliness, with multiple reviews describing dirty rooms, unchanged linens, and overall lack of hygiene. Service was also criticized, with reports of unhelpful or rude staff and poor reception experiences. Some guests found the rooms spacious or suitable for short stays, but others mentioned noise issues and discrepancies between advertised and actual room conditions. Overall, while the location is a strong point, improvements in service and cleanliness are needed.
