Cons (-) Horrible experience and customer service was trying to check in at 1 am Saturday and agent didn’t want to give me a room cause it was one day ahead my reservation and didn’t wanna change the date on my reservation and i lost all my reservation money 112$. Very disappointing.

Pros (+) I like being able to walk out on to the beach from the hotel. The lobby was decorated nicely and provided lots of space for it's guest. The room had a miniature full size refrigerator with a freezer another with a stove and microwave.
Cons (-) The first they couldn't find my reservation I had to call customer service for them to call the hotel to confirm my reservation. I had to be moved to another room after the first room which was outdated looked old and unclean. I was on the 4th floor and the ceiling started leaking water onto the bed around 9pm.
