Good location. Good supply of water. Friendly staff. Bed quite comfortable.
Very small bathroom with poor ventilation and room quite small. Basic kind of hotel that needs some home touches...better value to be had elsewhere I think.

Reception staff training needs attention. I made request for high floor and received email confirmation of my request. Upon arrival at check in I was given room 9C. It was a dungeon of darkness and misery. I returned to the reception and asked for a high floor I was then given room 22A. The incident suggested that there was no communication between the receptionist staff and the office administration team which sent me the email confirmation on request of high floor. It also revealed the defective mentality of the reception staff to give the worst possible room to the first arrival guest, reserving the best for more important customers who might come up later. This is similar to many waiters in restaurants who always give the worse table to first arriving guests, "reserving" the better tables for later arriving guests. This sort of mentality is disgusting. All guest are equally important, and first arriving guests should have more priority than later arriving guests, if only by the simple rule of queuing. This reception incident gave me negative impression of Bonham99 which was otherwise a pleasant hotel to stay.
The staff were super nice, the room was compact but functional, what you expect in HK
The website gives the expectations of luxury "each room is a suite" and great views. That might be the case from the top floors, but at level 12 the only view I had was a back st dive. A suite is pushing the boundaries of a room with a small sofa and a table.
Great location - close to all the action on HK Island Nice amenities provided and the rooms are modern
Would appreciate some flexibility in check-in times, especially for returning customers
Great location, close to MTR and many small good restaurants around. The hotel is a serviced apartment, spacious, not a hotel, but it is comfortable. I enjoyed my stay.
Located in Central, this boutique hotel is within a 10-minute walk of Hong Kong - Macau Ferry Terminal, Soho, and Lan Kwai Fong. International Finance Centre is 0.9 mi (1.5 km) away. Hong Kong Sheung Wan Station is only a 2-minute walk and Hong Kong Station is 14 minutes.
