Not a good experience
The staff was rude and unhelpful the elevator didn't work and they made me pay for an extra night and didn't honor my booking online

Small, but comfortable room in a great location
I stayed here one night. The room was small (but what can you expect in one of the most densely populated cities in the world) but everything in it was nicely appointed. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean and modern. The room would be too small for anyone but a solo traveler, but I am sure they have other layouts. Mine was a superior room I think. The hotel in situated in the Jordan neighborhood, which I found to be an excellent location, being about a 10-15 min walk to the Avenue of Stars, and very close to the metro station. Mingle on the Shai was a great value in my opinion and I would stay here again.
