Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location and overall value for money. Many found the staff friendly and helpful, and several reviews highlighted clean rooms and comfortable beds. However, there were frequent complaints about maintenance issues, cleanliness lapses, and the pool or spa facilities being unavailable. Some guests also mentioned noise disturbances and outdated decor, but the positives of location, value, and staff were recurring themes.
