As always, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was clean and with a comfy bed and bang in the town centre, yet quiet (once I'd shut the window). There was also a hairdryer in the room, as well as the usual kettle and TV.
There was no chain on the door (nor a proper turn key), however I felt safe as it was key card entry.
The bed was comfy
The staff was so rude, the customer service was horrible and the staff would ignore us and use foul language which I thought it was very unprofessional
Nice comfy bed and close to where I needed to be.
Breakfast needs to be included even if it’s just cereal.
Very friendly staff. They do their best to make you feel comfortable. The location is fantastic: close to center, train station and Huddersfield University. There are nice restaurants and cafee shops nearby.
It is hard to sleep if you are sensitive to noise. I could hear the cracking of the floor each time somebody walked in the corridor or in the room upstairs. Too many small stairs in the corridor or in the room which make life hard if you have a luggage.
Staff attitude - friendly
shower far to hot to use and no action taken
