Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location and some found the rooms clean and the beds comfortable. However, many reviews mention issues with cleanliness, such as unpleasant smells, dirty carpets, and even insects. Service was frequently criticized, with reports of unhelpful staff, unresolved maintenance problems, and poor communication. Breakfast quality and variety disappointed several guests, and problems with room maintenance, such as broken toilets, noisy AC, and malfunctioning amenities, were common. While there were a few positive remarks about staff friendliness and comfortable beds, overall guest satisfaction was low due to the recurring negative experiences.
