Summary of reviews
Guests say
The reviews for this hotel are mixed, with many guests expressing strong dissatisfaction with the service, describing staff as unhelpful, rude, or absent, and reporting issues with self check-in and lack of communication. Breakfast is frequently criticized for being basic, poorly stocked, or having expired products. However, cleanliness is consistently praised, with several guests noting that rooms and common areas are well maintained. The location is mentioned as convenient by some, though others find it isolated. Value for price is often questioned, with some guests feeling the cost is too high for the amenities provided. Overall, guests appreciate the cleanliness and, in some cases, the location, but are largely disappointed by the service and breakfast.AI-generated from customer reviews
