Very nice room; area of for sectional couch, kitchen, dining area, and bed and bath. It was an "open" plan, with the only interior door being to the bathroom. Bed was comfy, TV swiveled to be viewed from any part of the room. Dishes were provided.
The bath was unable to switch over to the shower head. Still got a good bath. Staff were very courteous and offered another room with working shower.
There was an undisclosed pet fee of $100, more than our room rate (before taxes)! Because we didnâ€™t know that until we checked in, we couldnâ€™t do anything about changing the reservation. Also, bathroom door bottom hinge was broken and tub
The check in customer service was great. The breakfast food and customer service was great.
Well for starters the bed was horrible left in pain. The room had a light musty odor and lastly as we returned from breakfast around 930 am the male housekeeper ask us was we checking out soon... Really??! Check out was 12pm thankfully we were packed.

There were 3 people in my group and there was not enough blankets to use and there was no sheets on the mattress of the sofa bed. The lady at check in was more concerned with her cellphone than checking us in.
