I used to like the old operation team as they are very supportive and always kind with perfect communication, and they have in the same hotel a coffee shop that have amazing chocolate bar.
I have stayed in this hotel over 7 times and I was more then happy but it seems management have changed and not into good way as maintenance is highly required even the key to activate the electricity not working well the door for window not working and every time you take shower and sewages smell comes out, to be honest i'm sad to say that I want repeat my visit to this hotel anymore. I do understand late check out is not always available specially depend on occupancy but most of the rooms was empty on the same level I was in and even they reject to give me late check out and charged me extra half day ( the old management in my past visits gave me twice late check out and it was highly appreciated )

A comfortable clean hotel in a lively neighborhood with many authentic cheap places to eat. Local people in the area don't speak much English but are very friendly. It is a bit far from the city center but Marmaray line can conveniently take you directly to the main sightseeing spots.
