The restaurant has nice views, the breakfast offered many choices, and the coffee was good. The staff seem very natural( although i do not understand the Turkish culture)and accommodating. Any problems or issues i had were dealt with, professionally.
I have no complaints. Some staff and management were less personable than others but, i think its cultural. However they provided a professional service.
Staff is very helpful in this hotel, rooftop restaurant Olive has wonderful view on Bosphorus and has excellent chef. Breakfast is plentiful if you like to gorge yourself early morning. Good location and easy access to all “ must see places “
Bathrooms are minuscule Spa is overpriced Other than that no complaints
Great location. Rich breakfast.
Quite noisy (fortunately they changed our room the next day). Bad coffe (no coffe selection included). Very small and cold swimming pool.
The room is clean and the bed is confirmable. Last night they give me upgrades and changed my room to other hotel sultania, the room was perfect and size was perfect as well Some reception staff are friendly and helpful but not all of them.
I wrote the note for the hotel and explained them that i am coming to celebrate my wedding anniversary and asked them to prepare cake for me but once I arrived i saw nothing!! And even no one asked me anything!! I was chatting with the hotel staff but i got nothing at the end! The window was broken so the outside noise can enter inside the room easily The yasmak sultan room are very small so its even is not enough for two persons. No pace at all. When you go for tour or taking taxi no one want to drop you in front of the hotel, so you need to walk 200 m at least ..
Hamaam wasnt that well there
