Clean spacious room
I had a guest for 2 hours in the afternoon, and they wanted to charge me for an additional person on checkout. I declined to pay it and they accepted my rejection.

The rooms are amazing and very clean, the staff are wonderful, especially the guy at the reception called Ismail, he gave me a free upgrade so I don't wait long for check in

Room size and cleanness were excellent. No noise, perfect A/C, light and bed were fantastic. location is good and breakfast is acceptable.
When I arrived at hotel I asked for early check in and when I leaved the hotel I requested for late check out but both requests were not accepted.

Courteous staff. Location is close to the metro & market place, though a bit distant from the city center. The rooms are spacious & well designed.
The gymnasium is cramped & has inadequate space.

large clean rooms with balcony, large bathroom good breakfast reception staff were very nice (except the lady)
the location is good for walking but by car it's not ideal too much traffic and narrow streets the bed sheets and pillows and duvet should be improved in quality and size housekeeping was inconsistent
