Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, which is close to major attractions and public transport. The staff and owners were frequently described as friendly, helpful, and welcoming, contributing to a positive experience. Cleanliness was also highlighted in many reviews, with several guests noting spotless rooms and well-maintained facilities. However, there were recurring complaints about the breakfast being basic or repetitive, and some guests found the rooms small or cramped. Despite these drawbacks, the overall sentiment was positive, especially regarding value for money and the warm hospitality.
