Pros (+) Hugo was extremely helpful getting us where we needed to go hes awesome! The staff at the front desk . The bartenders
Pros (+) Clean, beautiful scenery and great running paths around the pond.
Cons (-) if staying longer, access to a variety of restaurants would require a car.
Pros (+) Room was very nice. Terrible continental breakfast and terrible bar. Undergoing some lobby and main are construction so hopefully it will be much better.

Cons (-) I didn't like that I had to also pay a $50 deposit and that the hotel cost did not include a continental breakfast. For the cost of stay, we should have been offered breakfast at no charge. I have stayed at a lot cheaper hotels with breakfast.

Pros (+) It was close to Schaumburg, IL.
Cons (-) You can hear everything, from the person next door to the people in the lobby and we were on the eighth floor! There was also a surprise "facility" fee for each night we stayed. We had to pay $9.95 to be able to use the Internet for 24 hours.
Pros (+) I ended up having to bring my dog with me because I couldn't get her on the original flight planned. They were very helpful and accommodating with no extra fee for her! They unfortunately were out of dog beds but they brought up some extra towels for her to lay on.
