Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to the railway station and metro, making it very convenient for travelers. The restaurant and food quality also received positive remarks. However, several guests were dissatisfied with the service, particularly the attitude of some reception staff, and there were mixed reviews about cleanliness and breakfast variety. Overall, the hotel is appreciated for its accessibility and value for travelers, but service could be improved.
