The location was beautiful, the staff was pleasant. The rooms were beautiful. There was pastries and juice in the morning and during the day as well as espresso.
Better lighting in the bathroom mirror. Except for 1 member of desk staff, they didn't know enough information about the area in order to answer questions concerning transportation, things to see and recommendations for restaurants. I also suggest putting instructions for the HOT cable use in each room and having some cookies and fruit out in the evening to go with the coffee in the lobby.
Breakfast was sensational . lovely village location.
Evening reception was not welcoming Room (a suite) was dark with no view (although view was advertised) and noisy AC . Bathroom was separated by a poorly fitted glass divide right next to the bed. Not exactly private . and very poorly lit also.
We had mold of the walls. Rooms aren’t as shown on pictures . Small and dirty for nearly $600 for what they call a suit Outside pool isn’t as shown either on pictures . Swimming pool is covered with an garden house which is so hot inside you can’t stay there for a few seconds
Great location, excellent restaurant, Room was clean and nice.
Night reception people are not very attentive.
The hotel was lovely but there were no restaurant facilities as it was closed for private dining and we weren’t warned . It was very expensive considering the lack of facilities . Als no decaf coffee provided
No restaurant and no decafinated coffee. Also the room is very light and the curtains don’t block the light .
