Pros (+) the staff excluding the reservation manager
Cons (-) we were told that they had overbooked and I would have to move to their other hotel - I had booked the Montefiore Hotel for its location but they refused to listen - so I had no option. They called it an upgrade - yes it was an upgrade to a tiny box - disgusting
