Pros (+) The staff, especially Jim at the front desk, was so friendly and helpful. The room and the balconies are very nice and the location is perfect nestled in with all the quaint shops. We went to concert at Penn's Peak and appreciated the short drive back to the Inn.
Cons (-) Their parking is limited and we had to find a spot on the street part of our stay.

Pros (+) The hotel is centrally located in that part of Jim Thorpe. Although the building is old it is well maintained and has been modernized. The bed was comfortable. The adjoining restaurant had good food.
Cons (-) One problem is the lack of grade level access to the lobby and elevator. Bags have to be hand carried up steps and there is no help. We were told there was grade level access from a narrow alley behind the hotel. The hotel has three small parking lots. We lucked out when we were turning around in one of the full lots and noticed someone else leaving.
