The staff so friendly and helpful.
The location lets this hotel down. There is nothing nearby. You must take a car to Sandton mall about 15 mins away depending on traffic. The huge solid metal gate is opened as you enter and shut right behind you - makes you feel like inside a maximum security prison. For these reasons its not value for money and should be charging half what i paid.

By car you are 5 min. from Sandton City. Shopping/Business
The highway next to it. Very noisy traffic. Not enough plugs in the room. Clumsy electricity, wireless internet constantly interrupted when people switch bar lights on and off! Some rooms next to noisy reception area. When telephone buffer was full we were hearing an alarm for 2 days and 1 night constantly. The set up looks fine, but it's not very professionally done.
