Room is great. Breakfast have wide variety to choose.
Pros (+) The beds were comfortable
Cons (-) I booked 2 rooms for my family. I was told that my Hilton Honors privileged only applies to 1 rooms. I thought this was rather poor form and the fact is other Hilton properties are less fussy. While I appreciate the policy, It seems unreasonable to split the family up for breakfast. Overall I think this could have been handled better by someone who was more experienced

Pros (+) The only 2 things that should improve is: 1. the mattress in the room is too soft, need to change to a firmer one. 2. the heater for the jacuzzi is always down, need to service it asap.
