    The menus at the Diamond lounge. Very minimal promotions.

    Dirty

    The hotel was extremely dirty, beds were uncomfortable and it smelled. The fridge wasn't even cleaned out from the prior occupants in the room. The food at the cafe was okay. I would never stay here again.

    Needs improvement

    The food options, starbucks, and bars are great.

    My room smelled musty, there were various hairs in the bathroom, the adjoining room was so loud at 230am (not Harrahs fault)I called the front desk, the next room kindly quieted down but I couldn't sleep after that. If the hotel is pretty empty I would recommend spacing out the guests more . Even a loud TV is disturbing when you are trying to get sleep.

    5 Star Stay

    The staff was very friendly, our room was spotless and very spacious, the casino was super fun, and having the restaurants in the building was very convenient. Will definitely stay there again!

    We stayed in the standard King Room. The bathroom was spacious with a water closet. The room was HUGE and comfortable. The parking is very convenient. We went during the weekday, so it was very economical. Steak restaurant was pricey, but it was delicious and we had so much left over. Love the free soda dispensers around the casino. Casino was spacious and had many options. Overall, a VERY nice weekday getaway.

    During the weekdays, a $5 blackjack table would be nice. That's my ONLY suggestion to improve.
