The hotel is in a perfect location in Jounieh. 200 meters walk to the telefric to Hareesa, 50 meters walk to golden star hyper market, nearby to restaurants and night life, 250 meters walk to the autostrad where you can go by bus to any place. The stuff is very friendly with special thanks to George, Elias, Danial and Elias, with also thanks to Mrs Lina and Marie Rose

Very poor quality, can't remember anything good. rooms are dirty, bathrooms are filthy, wifi is very poor as keeps disconnecting, no coffee facilities, even "do not disturb" sign is not available so staff comes in and out anytime, hence no privacy, never seen such a poor breakfast, no water is provided in rooms without extra charge. Overall very very poor quality.

Best location in the area, the hotel is cozy but needs some renovations .the staff are very friendly . Reasonable price for what you pay. The pool area is convenient , nice and not noisy.
The hotel needs some renovations. Breakfast is not up to standard. Cleanliness should be taken more into consideration. Published Photos of the hotel are much more beautiful and fancier than reality though the hotel as a whole is convenient.
