Beds aren’t that comfortable, lots of amenities are closed due to Covid (no room service, restaurant is closed), most parking is paid, very few free spots, but the balcony is nice, the lagoon and pool is great and the location is fantastic, anchoring one end of the historic Kailua village with lots of restaurants and shops. Pros (+) The views and central location are phenomenal, you are going to be hard pressed to find a better ocean view right in downtown Kona.
Cons (-) The facilities are very out dated, the rooms need serious attention. The beds where like sleeping on coils and are super thin, the bathroom shower was comparable to an airplane bathroom. The entire facility needs a renovation because what is being charged vs. what you get are far from expectations.

Pros (+) The location to the ocean was amazing. My corner room in the middle the tower had its balcony wrap around for an amazing view and amazing sound of the ocean. I could sleep to that forever!
