Location, quiet. Office staff very friendly.
Great place, inside a mobile home park. Staff are wonderful, the room's was excellent and roomy. The inside office area is absolutely beautiful, different animals in dining room area hanging from the walls. We have really enjoyed this place. Very quiet.
Good location, close to the airport, Glacier Park and downtown Kalispell. Spacious and clean room
Breakfast was basic, the ac was portable device
The rooms were spacious, I liked having a kitchen (even though we didn't use it), and the sitting area and dining area were really nice. The bed was comfy, the bathroom was usable. Overall comfortable stay and the staff was very nice and friendly.
Finding the hotel the first day wasn't exactly easy. It's sort of tucked super out of the way, behind mobile homes, so you can't really see what you are looking for for a bit. My other complaint is that the room decor is not conducive to cleanliness. The horse-print table runners may protect the tables, but we found food crumbs, peanuts, and weird stuff all over them. I think you either wash those after every guest leaves, or pick something else to protect the wood from the heavy use. The rooms were also a bit stuffy, the AC unit was a bit too loud, but leaving the window open all night was too cold.
The Inn was very hard to find until you had been there then it was easy.
Breakfast could have been a lot better. Bacon or Sausage to go with eggs. Biscuits could have been warm and also the gravy
