Guests consistently praised the hotel’s location, describing it as convenient and close to points of interest, restaurants, and the city center. Many reviewers also appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. However, there were widespread complaints about the breakfast, with guests finding it insufficient, unavailable, or misleadingly advertised. Several reviews mentioned issues with bed comfort, including hard or small beds, and some noted cleanliness problems such as mold and insects. Overall, while the hotel’s location and staff received positive feedback, improvements are needed in breakfast quality, room comfort, and cleanliness.
