Pros (+) Like all hotels not only in Japan but in my experience around the world price definitely has a factor. If one budget allows for $250+ a night everything is always fine. In my typical price range of $75 to $125 you are naturally going to get older a bit worn with a smaller floor plans. Its a reality and I don't necessary consider it a complainable negative.
