Beautiful rooms and pool area.
The staff was very rude and not accomodating. The location was not good, long walk to the beach even though they told me it was beachfront.
The room was very clean, neat and cozy. I liked the smallness of the hotel and the individual rooms as opposed to condo style. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.
Two things can be improved: 1) Internet service – The daily charge for internet was a bit much. Along with that it was slow (compared to true broad band). I like to be in contact with my family when I travel and this made it hard to do. 2) The restaurant – Breakfast was done very well; but when you had individual orders in the evening, well the service was a bit slow and carefree. I think this was because of the more personal nature of the hotel. At least the food was good.
very nice gardens, tranquility, within walking distance but not that close to the beach, large and traditionally decorated rooms
although I had mention during booking that it was for a honeymoon, we didn't have any special treatment as other hotels in Phuket do, with nice flowers (they had , but I assume it was for every client), special towel decoration etc, so that to feel special and different. It was just a bit dissapointing I guess.
I liked the best the relaxational atmosphere. It seemed to me that nobody except me and my wife was in this resort. Good for honeymooners. There is no outside noise and nobody disturbs you.
I didn't like the most of all that children are not allowed to stay in this hotel. When my granddaughter came to this hotel (she was staying in another hotel with her parents) as a guest with her parents to visit us, the staff said that they can not stay here due children are not allowed. I think children are not the pets to say like that.
we had a pool-side room, it was very comfortable to take a sun at the terrace of our bungalow and swim just from the terrace. Small and quiet hotel, good for those who want to rest from everyday noise.
the Karon Beach was a little far, but almost all hotels around are situated on the same distance from the see.
Staff quickly tool care of our questions. We had a A/C that was making noice and we swiftly got another room.
If you don't mind the direct access from the outside of bungalows (easy to bring in both mosquitos and sand...) then there is nothing to complain about
Nothing special, Everything is just Fair.
Staff .. Not that good ..
