The employee present at our arrival was rude. Appearantly her friend/husband was standing at the counter and made al kinds of comments, (i had a question about the wifi) which i felt was pushy. The other people however, were very kind

Reception woman and generally the staff were very polite and helpful.Room was more than ok and clean,and there was free internet which was also good.Breakfast was good too.
Piano at reception was not working.

The room was quite bleak. There was no carpet on the floor. There were rugs in places in the corridor that were moth eaten and a trip hazzard.
