While checking in, the front desk staff was rude to the gentlemen in front of me who was looking for a hair dryer. At first he said no and ignored the gentlemen, then he made the 5 other people in line weight 20 mins while went to look for a hair dryer and told us "blame him" as he walked away. Hotel does not have A/C, provides 1 pillow. The experience is more of a 2-star hotel instead of 3-star.

It’s not worth 250$ per night. No AC, beds are flimsy, no phone. Water stopped for a long time in night due to some maintenance and they didn’t even care to give some coupon for future use for the uncomfort we went thru. Breakfast is good, some of the staff is good. Room is big and kept clean.

The reason we booked it was because the website said they had shuttles to the airport. They don’t have shuttles to the airport we had to use Viggo (like uber).

Pros (+) Proximity to the airport and to a Metro station. I just walked to and from the airport (about 20 min) and also took the Metro to downtown Copenhagen for sightseeing.
Cons (-) There were no normal electrical outlets in the room. I had to unplug a lamp in order to charge my phone. Also, the shuttle only runs at specific times, this should be clearly communicated in the hotel description.

Pros (+) The lobby was recently remodeled. For being a hotel remote from the city of Copenhagen, it was very easy to access public transportation from the hotel. The staff were very friendly! The sheets were clean.
Cons (-) The bathroom was disgusting and had a terrible odor coming from the drains that made it smell like an outhouse. The shower would get water all over the bathroom and was very difficult to get in and out of. The room was tired and it needed to be remodeled. i think the hotel is over priced for what you get.

Pros (+) Quiet neighborhood and easy walk to the Metro. Nice full breakfast included. 5 minutes from airport and they provide a shuttle.
Cons (-) Rooms were very small and price was a little high for what you got.

Pros (+) Clean and comfortable hotel with a bathtub (rarity in Scandinavia!). The included breakfast was extensive and delicious. Also, the airport shuttle was extremely convenient for our needs.
Cons (-) The advertised airport shuttle does NOT run all day. Luckily for us, it covered the times we needed it but I can easily imagine it inconveniencing other guests if their flights arrived/departed during off-times.

Pros (+) I was surprised at how nice this hotel was. Very clean, nice bathroom, good neighborhood and the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. Easy walk to the airport.
