Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, especially its proximity to Thamel and local attractions, as well as its affordable pricing. Many reviewers found the staff friendly and helpful, and some appreciated the breakfast. However, several guests reported issues with cleanliness, such as unclean rooms and bathrooms, and noted that service could be unprofessional or unresponsive at times. Amenities and facilities were sometimes lacking or not as advertised, and a few guests experienced problems with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and breakfast not being provided as promised. Overall, the hotel is valued for its location and price, but improvements in cleanliness and service are needed.
