Cons (-) I reserved a room at the Courtyard in Katy because of the location and great reviews online. Upon arrival at the hotel, I was extremely disappointed to learn that my hotel room had been given away to someone else. I had worked a full day and then traveled 5 hours to the hotel. Pros (+) I loved everything about this hotel! Friendly service. Walking distance to Katy Mills Mall and dining options. Loved the modern decor. Very clean and Starbucks in the lobby is a plus. Close freeway access. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel.
