Pros (+) Suites are spacious.
Cons (-) Staff was not accommodating. I paid $200 p/ night and expected a little more. Upon arrival I asked for a baggage cart and was told they're all in use. Never, during my week stay, were the carts at the front. I also asked if I could store a couple of boxes at the front desks, I was told that is frowned upon but "of course they can do it for special guests." Shouldn't all guests be considered "speci...
