Cons: There wasn't the class of car I booked available when I went to pick up the car. The company charged me to upgrade. The total price on return was way more than estimated cost at booking. The rental agent was very forceful in trying to get me to cover the car with their insurance at 28 dollars more a day, although I had two forms other coverage. I almost exclusively use National or Enterprise because they are the best, but this was a bad experience.

Pros: Nice customer service.

Pros: Car was comfortable.
Don't spend a lot of gas.
Friendly to use.
Cons: -Need to re fuel coolant. It was at the minimum Line and my reservation was clear I was going from Atlanta to NC.
-Back break light was off.
-Need to change oil message continues to appear in the info panel.
-the pick up time at the office was not great. The lady was making faces as she was upset whith the time we are taking to finish the process. Lack of good communication. At the end of the process the drop off place was incorrect.
Pros: The fact that AVIS offered a discount to AARP members.
Cons: After the agent put in the AARP code, the price jumped from $320/week to over $700!! He promised to fix during the rental pick-up process, even called the manager in our presence who promised to adjust the price to the AARP discounted rate, but he never did. When we returned the car the $700 price was still on the invoice and we're still fighting to get it fixed.....two days later!!!
