Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel for its comfortable beds, friendly and helpful staff, and enjoyable pool and hot tub facilities. The location was considered convenient by several reviewers, and the complimentary breakfast was appreciated by many. However, there were repeated concerns about cleanliness issues, particularly with carpets and bathrooms, musty smells, lack of an elevator, and occasional maintenance problems such as faulty air conditioning and heating. Despite these drawbacks, the overall value for money and positive experiences with the staff and amenities stood out in the reviews.
