Staff was awesome, grounds beautiful, location great on Duval. Room private with a common deck area in a beautifully cared for garden. Room small, dated, vinal plank floor shrunken and separated. AC old and loud. Queen bed filled most of the room and one chair, tiny table plus armoire filled the rest. Like most things in KW, it is showing its age and not inexpensive. Great place to stay in Key West. The courtyard was a welcomed oasis away from the noise of Duval. The waffles for breakfast were great.
Pros (+) The place is just amazing, close to everything right on the center of the island, very charming, great decor, staff really friendly, breakfast super fresh and many options. Ps.: even though we came during the pandemic period Oct 2020 people were keeping social distancing and wearing masks in public
Pros (+) Location, rear garden beautiful place to sit as well as to eat breakfast. Friendly and attentive staff
Cons (-) Dirty carpet. Shower nozzle turned and wouldn't go to hot until one of staff came and fixed it. Also not good pressure.
Pros (+) Perfect location!! Duval street is THE place to be! And the staff were super accommodating!!
Cons (-) It was a bit pricey so we could only stay for 1 night.
Pros (+) - Quiet on the inside, with great staff and a cozy environment - Access to stores - Ability to use the common facilities after check out. This helped us as we had to go parasailing after check out. We were happily allowed to come back, use the temporary parking, use the common bathroom to take a shower and freshen up.
Cons (-) - It would be nice if the check in and checkout times were longer.
Pros (+) Location,quite, nice pool and patio area.
Cons (-) Expensive for what you get (location). Needed a new mattress.
