We enjoyed breakfast at the property everyday! Very quiet and relaxing to eat poolside. Luna and Karolina were both great! It was enjoyable to hear their stories of how they ended up in Key West!
The location was perfect for us. The resort was modern and most staff were great.
We had ants in the room and they could not move us so they came and changed the sheets. But the worst part was they sprayed raid in the room ( this is at night before we wanted to sleep) and it was horrible. and when the maintenance guy left we heard him say on the radio " I did not see anything". Really the front desk clerk came and checked it out and saw them as well. And really if a guest at a resort of this caliber says they have ants in their bed, they should be believed. We were not contacted by anyone to apologize for the inconvenience or receive some compensation.
Staff was very friendly and efficient. Great location to walk to Duval street and plenty of waterfront restaurants and bars.
Adult serenity pool closed at dusk instead of 10 pm like the other pool area.
Breakfast was ok. Menu selection was good. Loved eating out by the pool.
There are a lot of "incidental" fees that add up that we would have liked to have known prior to getting to the property. Also disappointed we weren't able to receive the FL resident $25 dining credit, even though my husband is an active duty FL resident.
