Guests consistently praised the hotel’s excellent central location, friendly and attentive staff, and high standards of cleanliness. Many found the rooms comfortable, especially appreciating the quality of the beds and amenities like tea, coffee, and toiletries. However, some guests noted issues with noise levels, particularly in rooms facing the street or with poor soundproofing, and a few mentioned problems with heating, electricity, or specific bathroom features. Overall, the positives far outweighed the negatives, with most guests recommending the hotel for its value, comfort, and service.
