Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, tasty and varied breakfast, and high standards of cleanliness. Many mention the friendly and professional staff, as well as comfortable rooms. However, noise from trams and poor soundproofing are frequent complaints. Some guests also note issues with room amenities, service attentiveness, and occasional maintenance problems, but overall, the positives outweigh the negatives for most visitors.
