Pros (+) Very cool place, friendly staff, clean rooms, excellent and clean, newly renovated bathrooms. Felt like a stay in a bedroom of an old house instead of the typical hotel room which makes it a unique and enjoyable stay. Great price and location to Sugarloaf compared to other hotel options in the area. Will gladly stay again and again for future ski trips to the area.
Cons (-) No TV, but that is a deliberate decision of the hotel to keep with the old-timey theme.
