Nice view in case you got a room on the river Side. Staff was friendly and helpful
Due go technical reasons warm water was not available at the arrival day. They worked on it, but customer were not informed, therefore i must take a cold shower after Sport. Breakfast was nice but the buffet was not well organized.
Very relaxing stay after all my traveling
Great service, staff in reception all very responsive, breakfast selection, clean, restaurants onsite very convenient. I stayed in a room facing the river, excellent view.
Location though is a not very close to the old town and with the rain it wasn’t a good walking distance especially in the dark. You can take public transportation.
I liked seeing the river Vistula pass by and the walk along the river up to the castle was nice. The bed was very comfortable and the room was both spacious and clean, lots of natural light. The staff were helpful.
I found the heating in the room intolerable. I turned off the air conditioner. However, the "central heating" (controlled by a computer) for the hotel also determines the heat of the room. I could not sleep all night because of the heat and the dry air. (Yes - I did open the window, but it made no difference.) Considering, we were staying for 4 nights, I did complain and the staff arranged for the "central heating" to be turned down 2 degrees. This made a difference, but these hotels are just too over-heated. I was very disappointed with the facilities. The website makes it look like there is a "bar". It turned out to be opposite reception - it was a bench with 4-5 stools and there's no privacy or "space". This is not a bar. The restaurant upstairs promotes a view of the castle from the terrace. This turned out to be exposed to the wind and cold - there were no gas fires or blankets like many of the outdoor cafes, restaurants, and roof-top bars have elsewhere in Krakow. There was no comfortable terrace style seating - instead there were a few tables and chairs. The restaurant was white and clinical - and lacked atmosphere. In fact the whole hotel lacks atmosphere. We relied on the reviews about the pizza restaurant - this was empty and also lacked atmosphere. The location is not very good at all. There are no bars, cafes, restaurants, etc. close by. It is quite isolated. Our expectations were based on the price (this is not a cheap hotel), reviews and photographs, as well as the hotel website and they were not met.
one night stay in Krakow, the staff were amazing and so helpful i had organised rose petals and candles for our room which were lovely, the hotel sorted our pick up/drop off to the airport i also had a massage which was one of the best ive had felt so relaxed then we had the VIP spa after. the hotel is easily located had a river view room, there is a tram outside to get to the main square
