Pros (+) Breakfast is good for that rate. The Chef is attentive and always refill the food when running low. Reception staff specially the one working in a night shift to morning is not friendly at all

Cons (-) As a hotel converted from former office block the only weakness is the lift system. Result is long wait and crowded condition of the small lifts at peak times. Only 3 of the 6 lifts in the building are dedicated to hotel guests. Suggest Holiday Inn renegotiated with building owner for use of all 6 lifts at weekends and out of office hours.
