Pros (+) OMG this hotel was absolutely amazing! The staff were incredible (front desk, butlers, bellhops, pool, everyone). They allowed us to check in hours ahead of time, as we arrived on a red-eye flight. Since the room wasn't quite ready, they showed us to breakfast and then the pool.
