Pros (+) Location, staff, style, rooms, pools, scooters, friendly service, decent wifi. heaps of areas to relax. Quiet, pretty good playlist being played the whole time in the common areas. We really liked Kies and woul go back for sure! thanks!
Cons (-) If the wait staff knew what wasn't available before giving out the menu that would be my only tip. We ordered a few times and then 15 mins later we would be told it was unavailable. Just a little communication in the kitchen and it would be sorted. : )
