Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to explore Kyoto and nearby attractions. The service and staff were frequently described as friendly, helpful, and accommodating, enhancing the overall experience. Many guests enjoyed the traditional Japanese breakfast and appreciated the authentic ryokan atmosphere, including the relaxing onsen baths and well-maintained amenities. However, several reviewers found the traditional futon beds uncomfortable and some rooms overly warm or lacking in storage. Despite minor drawbacks, the positive aspects such as location, service, and amenities stood out for most visitors.
