Excellent 9.0
Pros: Overall good facilities and close to town centre
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Room was beautiful with a terrace overlooking the garden. Breakfast location and fare excellent. Nice retreat after a busy day touring the old town.
Cons: We were there on the weekend and both days there were large groups celebrating so the afternoon and early evening were a bit noisy for a relaxing swim in the pool. The events ended early so the nights were quiet and very enjoyable.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: All staff were excellent. Comfortable bed. Very quiet neighbourhood. Nice pool. Comfortable area to sit outside
Cons: Somewhat like staying in a museum as none of the furniture appears to have changed since it was built in 1954. Therefore, very old tired bathrooms with showers in the bath and very strangely a half stable door to the toilet? 1 mile from the old town which I should have worked out before but didn't. Breakfasts ok but slightly tired feel.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff, the hotel decor, and the food were all above my expectations. Would recommend this to anyone
Excellent 8.0
Pros: It’s old fashioned beauty. The staff are it’s best asset. Friendly, helpful and informative. They helped book the most wonderful Sherry and Tapas tour. Thank you. We also loved the garden and pool area. Quite beautiful.
Cons: Nothing really.

Excellent 8.0
Pros: Clean, simple room with air con and a small balcony (room 2)
Cons: Nothing of note
Excellent 8.0
Pros: José was amazing. As if he would feel what we need he has send us to the exact great places in the city that are not too touristic where we enjoyed eating, seeing flamenco, drinking, sightseeing. He was funny, kind and helpful. The patio in the entrance is extremely beautiful and authentic, I did half a photo shooting there haha
Cons: I think we booked a budget room so the inside was quite oldish and very simple, cleanness was not perfect, but completely okay. The walls were thin we heard the elevator and other people making loud noise during night and morning.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Staff was very friendly and the room was properly clean.
Cons: The air conditioning boxes were just glued to my window so a bit noisy through the night.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Location, price, cleanliness and staff attention
Cons: Nothing major.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Rooms clean and comfortable, the owner friendly and helpful. Great, no frills, value for money. The beautiful reception area.
Cons: Nothing really I thought it was a great place to stay for a night or two although a kettle and tea/coffee making facilities in the room would be appreciated.
Excellent 9.2
Very central easy walking to all sights. Parking difficult ! Great value for money.

Good 7.0
Pros: rooms are good size and nice. beds are comfy. pool is small (on the photos looks bigger). reception stuff is very nice and helpful.
Cons: cleaning leaves much to be desired.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Clean comfortable central
Cons: N/a
Good 7.0
Pros: Location good, pleasant 10 min walk into centre. Staff welcoming, Ana on reception really helped out with organising the COVID tests we needed for our return. Pool a bonus given the price.
Cons: Decor a little outdated but the hotel is still very good value.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Nice old atmospheric building near center of town. Good parking space (costs 10 euro per day) that is necessary in this busy town. Room very nice. Bathroom spacious. Coffee machine in room available. Professional staff.
Cons: It was a bit difficult to find the black out curtain in the room.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Comfortable room in a very nice sized hotel. The pool, was nice as was the sun deck surrounding it. The breakfasts were very nice with choices available. The reception staff were superb wanting to help in any way possible. Close to the school of Andalusian horses and the bodegas
Cons: nothing springs to mind
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Fabulous in every sense . Easy parking , superb room . Lovely breakfast, excellent location.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Nice & clean hotel , friendly staff and not to far from the centre of town , super comfortable bed
Cons: Beginning to look a bit dated , nothing a spruce up and change of decor wouldn’t sort out , but perfectly comfortable
Excellent 8.8
We liked our room it was spacious and clean. Breakfast was really good. Something to complain.. Fridge was broken. Swimming pool is really small. It looked bigger in the photos. Spa was closed due the covid 19. Parking is 10€ for one day.

Excellent 8.0
Pros: Breakfast was good. Staff friendly and efficient. Facilities excellent. Close to race circuit. Beds very comfy and our room was quiet.
Cons: Buffet lunch is overpriced and disappointing.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: the hotel was closed so they hosted the clients in the nearby golf resort which was amazing.
Cons: everything perfect,
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Loved the place
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Excellent breakfast and evening buffet. Unfortunately we couldn't use the pool due to the weather, but we did the Spa circuit and it was very nice. Room was comfortable. Hotel has beautiful views of the Golf course. We were upgraded to the Montecastillo Golf Hotel instead of the Convention Centre
Cons: I know we have Covid, but we should have had a kettle in the room and bathroom was lacking toiletries, also for a 5 star hotel would have expected slippers and bathrobe in the room. Hotel is beautiful but the rooms need a good make over as the deco is now old and does not give much to the room
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Excellent variety
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Everything was great. Especially the welcome and friendliness of receptionist Lorena. She was wonderful. Food great.
Cons: Room aircon broken but i didnt need it and i didnt report it either
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Golf, food, staff all excellent.
Cons: The rooms are a bit tired and the beds not good for a couple.

Good 7.0
Pros: Quite a good location. Taxi rank outside.
Cons: Breakfast was over priced, greasy eggs and bacon. Dried up fruit that looked like it had been out for days. Cheap ham and cheese.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Nice hotel, and an excellent location for the old town. We went for rooms with an outside terrace which were very nice for a late night glass of wine. Rooms were not that big but had a decent bathroom and a small fridge. There was also a largish safe which was for once big enough to hold my laptop. Wi-fi worked OK (see note below) but the aircon would have struggled had it been warmer. I must also mention the hotel staff who were very nice, especially Anna who looked after us really well and even made us a restaurant booking for a farewell paella.
Cons: Only a couple of small niggles. A bit noisy with some door banging in the mornings, which assume might have been the cleaners doing their rounds, though I think I had some early riser noisy neighbours as well. The Wi-Fi worked well once you had logged in, but just how many times is this process necessary? I found myself having to log in on each device at least 5 times a day; a tad frustrating. One last thing I do find frustrating is the process for making special requests via Booking.com i.e. When rooms have bed layout options, at the time of booking I always request a double bed after which I invariably receive a pleasant enough e mail from the hotel telling me they cant guarantee this as such but will do their best to accommodate my request. And yet months later, invariably two single beds instead, and this hotel was unfortunately no exception. Even more annoying, I saw adjacent unoccupied rooms with double beds!
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Wonderful location. Great staff. Clean room.
Cons: Uncomfortable bed. Leaking shower.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Perfect location to explore Jerez. Everything seems to be within a 15 minute walk of the hotel. it is clean and has a secure underground car park.
Cons: There is no price list for the mini bar, so be careful. you might get a surprise at check out.
Good 7.0
Pros: To the best of my knowledge, I booked a Dbl room. We got 2 single beds together. I'd love to see much cheaper transport to Seville airport. 150 euros by taxi is too expensive. However, both the staff at the hotel and taxi were very helpful and fare was really cheap to the train station. Comfortable train too, quick and prompt. Breakfast offering, very good, I liked the Idea of as much you can have for the price if 11 euros. Preference for colder milk for cereal. Like the buffet style also. Spare cutlery would be a help, so clean knives for eating hot food and using same knife for jam on toast instead of using the same. Some notice put up to show how the toasting machine is used, could help too. Jerez is a beautiful place. First time there. We had a lovely two days there. Thank you so much. Long may you prosper In business and visitors. Price of room and breakfast very good for the time of year.
Cons: More cutlery is needed, spare napkins, milk not colder for cereal. Although I presume the room is darker for protection from the sun, I'd have liked to have more daylight in the room. View wasn't good either. But then maybe we were too late booking. Also we would have like a Dbl room. Again perhaps we were too late. Nonetheless. We enjoyed our stay and were very privileged to have a visit there for two days and nights. TV, perhaps we weren't familiar with it's usage. I'd love to see international news channels to keep up to date whilst away from home. Again perhaps it's our lack of knowledge on how to use it.

Good 6.0
Pros: Excellent location and golf resort territory, perfect breakfast, good Wi-Fi connection and speed
Cons: It is not 5, but maximum 3 stars hotel: - 3 nights stay - no linen change - terrible shower and bath facilities - it was almost impossible to sit on the toilet due to its partial installation under the sink - no free still water,- just two small bottles in mini-bar - the terrible loud sound from the working huge air conditioner blocks, standing near the hotel - terrible pillows - the furniture is old and scratched - check-in procedure was incredibly long - more than 20 minutes - the hair-dryer wasn’t working properly - coffee is not coffee
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything very nice
Excellent 8.0
Pros: great facilities, lovely pool.
Cons: supper buffet was slightly limited. shame there isn’t another restaurant option.
Good 7.0
Pros: it was an impressive hotel and the golf good and challenging
Cons: it was a bit remote no place to go without a taxi difficult to visit other places it would have been good if there was some transfers to Jerez and maybe a local sea resort
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The food at the restaurant is so good! Really enjoyed everything I ate there.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The breakfast was wonderful, super complete and more than expected. The staff so friendly. Also the view from the Villa, it was great. And they have a lot of amenities for the kids (the swimming pool for the kids was amazing!)
Cons: Everything was fine. We had a problem with the first room and they changed It for another one inmediately.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Food,location and staff
Cons: Pillows, and no activities
Excellent 10.0
A wonderful golf resort in a beautiful part of Spain. Wonderful staff (special mention to Antonio Perez a superb keeper of the bar). The facilities for golfers were excellent, from the locker room to the hiring of buggies to the golf course itself. The room was lovely, the food is good and the all inclusive option makes life easy when there is a group of friends. Golf club staff are just brilliant and can’t do enough for you, in fact all staff can’t do enough for you. Wonderful golf course in excellent condition which is testing but fair. Food is excellent and there is a huge variety of every sitting - really good chefs. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner all taken Al Fresco in a setting overlooking the golf course. Wonderful weather, wonderful location and a very, very fine place to play golf.
Excellent 10.0
Would highly recommend this hotel & golf course if you are looking for a golfing break. The course was in superb condition, a credit to the green keeping staff & having left England with our local course barely playable, this was an absolute delight, challenging tee shots, amazingly quick & very true greens & fine firm fairways and wonderful layout in warm 22 degree heat all contributed to a wonderful week. There are other courses locally if you fancy a change, but we never tired of playing here. 12 of us on an all inclusive package sharing apartments, meant everyone had their own room & bathroom in well designed apartments & I think better for a group than the hotel bedrooms. The staff looked after us extremely well & the food was exceptional as were the drinks for all inclusive. Things worth considering Apartments vs main hotel, the apartments worked for us & less noisy. We played at mid day which was a great time, allowed for a leisurely breakfast, a bit of practice before going out. Packed lunches are provided if teeing off then normally cheese & ham, but you can ask for this to be changed. Choose your buggy carefully, the petrol ones are a bit temperamental & the brakes on several are a little bit ropy on steep slopes, so caution recommended. The range, chipping area & practice green are all very good, but the range balls are very tired these days & need changing. The course can get busy, but marshals ensure things keep moving a buggy is recommended, the distance between greens & tees can be a long way.

Good 7.0
Pros: Close to the race circuit.
Cons: Rooms dated, bath base was soft probably rotted underneath. The meals on Half board were poor and nonexistent choice. 2 starters, 2 main courses ( fish or meat ) pudding though were acceptable.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Receptionist has been very nice and kind, however we did not like old furniture in the room. The hotel was more three stars than four, however it was okay for one night.
Cons: Old furniture
Excellent 8.0
Pros: All is good
Cons: Pillows

Good 7.0
Pros: Staff are very good. Helpful.
Cons: I found this hotel to be very basic. A limited breakfast. Car park was very expensive but full.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: They upgraded my room for free to for my bicycle.
Good 7.0
Pros: Used the garage for safety and response was excellent.
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: Hand sanitizing lotion stations throughout common areas and well designed breakfast
Cons: Significant walk to center. Rattling A/C unit. Hard beds. Other room had many issues with bathroom facilities.
Good 6.0
Pros: Location
Cons: Small room. Not at all a 4 star hotel by far
Good 7.0
Pros: I liked the hotel location and its friendly staff. Cleaninliness on spot! The room was nice too, however the bed was super noisy, so I'd wake up every time my husband was moving while asleep. That wasn´t so great. The room was big enough for the two of us to study/work (purpose of the trip) as it had a desk and an armchair with a side table for the laptop. As for the breakfast, meh. I wouldn't say it didn't taste nice, but I was expecting much more for its price.
Cons: Apart from the squeaky bed, we had some difficulties in finding the hotel parking, as the sign on the street is right after parking entrance and before another private parking. As it happens, we were expecting for the second entrance to be the one that the sign was announcing, but nope. So we ended up reversing in a narrow entrance. Also, our room was facing the main road and across the hotel there's a disco/pub which gets loud during the weekend (even in pandemic times). So if you are looking for a quiet room, ensure this is not facing the main road. Else, you will be listening to reggaeton whether you like it or not. Isolation is okay, but not good enough at least in room 103.
Excellent 9.6
Every NH hotel is home to me,but this one was my favourite so far. The rooms are enormous, the bed is heavenly and the terrace is awesome. Despite covid, the breakfast was as ok as it can be and the staff is ,well,NH staff -helpful,nice,amazing and service minded. I even got a late check out and the best possible rate when I extended my stay. I ended up there under very stressful circumstances and was tires and sad and angry -but this place somehow always lifts my spirits and makes me so peaceful and rested. Also, covid measures on point and amazingly clean. Probably the cleanest hotel around. Kudos to the staff. I doubt I will be back because Jerez is not exactly tourist destination but anybody visiting for any reason should definitely pick this one, it's my favourite NH out of all cities I visited ,and I liked them all! Special thanx to the reception staff for lending an ear and keeping my bags safe . You are amazing!

Poor 1.0
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Staff and location
Cons: Bad internet in the room
Good 6.0
Pros: The building is nice, room was clean.
Cons: I would expect more from a 4 star hotel. The mini bar had only soda, beer and chocolate bar. No salty snacks or real alcohol. The bathroom had all in one washing gel. No shampoo, no conditioner. We asked for a toothbrush and didn’t get any. Double bed was actually two single beds next to each other and there was a break between them. My boyfriend fell between the beds when he was trying to hug me.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Happy smiling staff. Excellent choice of breakfast options. All at a very attractive room rate.
Cons: Showing a little bit of wear and tear, possibly due to lack of investment during lockdown period.
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: Air conditioning worked well, clean rooms
Cons: No bar or dining facilities at all apart from breakfast which was very disappointing - awful cold runny scrambled eggs, barely cooked bacon, pastries not fresh, horrible frankfurter type sausages that you get in a can. Pool area is in need of a total renovation - old rough tiles with missing grouting etc which collect pool water to become slimey. There is a pool bar which has just been left derelict with old equipment and appliances falling apart, all closed up for no apparent reason apart from the usual covid excuse. Very basic rooms with basic facilities, no amenities, couldn’t even get an iron as there are only 3 in the hotel and they were being used.
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: The receptionist was very nice and tried to be helpful
Cons: The pool was murky, smelly and dirty! Due to covid we checked and it said their restaurant was only open for breakfast which was fine as there were restaurants in the area however there was never any mention of no where to buy refreshments within the hotel.... there was literally a vending machine with minimal contents for all the hotel guests! If everyone is sharing a dirty pool why can't they have a bar open?? Not a good image for a 4 star hotel!

Good 7.0
Pros: I did not realise I would get a double bed, i only booked a single bed.
Cons: I didnt realise I would not have a window, normally if there is no window this is explained before booking.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: There was no breakfast you plonker! Old fashioned Hotel with lots of character
Cons: Parking! They told me where to park but I got a parking ticket!!!!!
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Center town
Cons: No street parking but parking is cheap, €6 for 24 hours
Good 6.0
Pros: Price was great
Cons: It's an old hotel and some renovations of the rooms would be recommended especially the AC walls bathroom was fine
Okay 4.0
Pros: Location is the only good thing here.
Cons: Super grumpy staff, never staying here again. Cleaners were nice, managers absolute dicks though. Staff with minimum of joy in their work.

Good 6.0
Pros: Location was good, rooms set out around a courtyard. Staff very helpful.
Cons: A little shabby around the edges, no hot water the first day, loose basin tap and a small hole in the door which could be used to unlock the door which was a little concerning (Room 112).
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Excellent location. Clean, comfy room on the first floor looking out to the courtyard! Helpful staff. I had to work one morning and I worked from their nice breakfast hall/library. I have been here once before and coming back to stay again was a great idea. It’s in old town, if one likes flamenco and little bars to wander around, then this hotel is right in the middle of all of it!
Good 7.0
Pros: The room & courtyards.
Cons: Could be very noisy.
Good 6.0
Pros: The bathroom was clean.
Cons: The walls have mold.
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: The attendant was a nice guy.
Cons: It was nasty. The bathroom floor hasn't been cleaned in years . There was No towels. The fridge didn't work it was Hot.
Good 6.0
Pros: The property is located 5-10 minutes from the historic centre of Jerez, staff is friendly and helpful, located in a traditional-style building. The personnel supported us in a difficult situation
Cons: Although it was generally clean, the interior was old and in need of some cosmetic refurbishment
Okay 5.0
Pros: It was in a good central location and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The public / communal areas, both an interior and exterior courtyard were pleasant although we did not use them to relax in, just walked through. The double/twin room was small, dated and basic but was perfectly clean. The room had a small wall-mounted tv and aircon. Wifi was working ok although it dropped a couple of times.
Cons: Although cleanliness was not an issue and room was spotless clean, the room decor was very dark and it smelled musty. The wardrobe area in particular was too smelly to put clothes in. Perhaps being so small, a lighter wall-coloring would be make it seem bigger.
Okay 4.0
Pros: ot
Cons: too noisy at night

Excellent 8.0
Pros: Conceniently located in old town. Secure car parking.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Cleanliness of room and quiet streets under the window. It is also very close to the city center.
Cons: Light in the room didn't work. There is no fridge.
Good 7.0
Pros: Everything was clean and very good location. First at siesta time room was lil bit chilly, but we asked about a heater, and for night it was general heated, very comfortable room. We stayed in November.
Cons: Parking would be more flexible, we paid for parking (12 eur) in garage around 18:00 on Saturday (garage was empty). On Sunday we couldnt leave car for more time after check-out without paying more. Normally Sunday is free-of-charge in city, so would be reasonable to leave car full 24 hr. in garage, to spend whole sunday in city and walking around.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Nice staff
Cons: No internet when connected to wifi at 2nd floor
Okay 4.6
Pros: It had a good parking
Cons: Astronomical price for a mediocre hotel. €200 for one night for a triple room and had to pay extra for the parking! No dining facilities except a bar stuck in the corner of a dingy room. Cord on hairdryer extremely dangerous. Flimsy lock on room door. Ugly private patio with no furniture.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Great location, parking is at the hotel. Clean and tidy rooms.
Cons: No air con
