It is nicely positioned if you are doing the the Cinque and we found that the short train ride was no problem in comparison to the charges of other closer hotels.
Our room was opening on to the lobby.
The hotel is conveniently located in the centre of the town and is only a short distance from the railway station. The room was quite clean and the bathroom well equipped (although the equipment did not work properly - see below). The breakfast was better than I had expected.
It was difficult to find (no proper explanation provided). Our room was on the ground floor and was always cold and damp. Because it was near the reception, it was noisy. Whenever we used the shower, there was water (and a lot of it) on the floor. There were not enough bowls provided at breakfast, so some people were not able to enjoy the nice muesli offered for breakfast. In general, I was rather disappointed with the hotel and found it too expensive for the level of service they provide.
It was a good price and in a very good location and with friendly staff.
The fact the double bed was two single beds pushed together.
The hotel staff were just brilliant - very helpful! The location was great, within easy walking distance to shops and sights, including the marina.
Modern decor, clean room, lovely big soft towels, right in center of town, but quiet, easy walk from railway, small fridge in room, tv, breakfast included
Prepackaged croissant stale, but fresh bread roll Ok , no fre wifi, haD to pay 1 euro per hour and signal is weak and slow
The owner was VERY helpful and accomodating. The room was very clean and comfortable. Although the hotel itself does not offer a restaurant, you are right next door to many beautiful shops and restaurants.
The hotel is hard to find because it is down a back alley off the shopping area. Perhaps directions to the hotel on your website could be more specific?
Marco and Manuela were great! Although they can not speak English, we used the translator on the computer to communicate and they were very helpful.
this hotel was close to station, completely remodeled.rooms are clean, new. staff is very friendly.
Clean and confortable room.
Staff didn´t speak english, but even though, they really tried to be helpful and they were really nice. Really poor breakfast.
I like nothing.
Firstly, Hotel receptionist doesnt speak english. She always speaks italian. And the breakfast was poor, and no quality.
