Pros:The woman at the front desk when we first arrived was very friendly when we first got there. It actually seemed like a decent hotel until we started walking to the elevator.
Cons:This hotel is very very dingy considering how much I had to pay for the room and I only stayed because I had booked it online and the funds were irreversible. It was poorly lit in the halls leading to the room and once inside the only thing i was happy for was a bed as we had been traveling through 4 states we needed to sleep. The beds have definately been slept in because of how much they sunk in. The shower was clogged so we were up to our ankles in water each time we bathed. When we came down in the morning the front office woman didnt even bother to greet us or try pointing us in the direction of the buffet. The breakfast was bland and the biscuits for the biscuits and gravy were burnt as well as the sausages. My kida wanted chocolate milk and the cartons in the front were all expired by a few days. I would never return.
Pros:Clean accommodations. The staff was consistently helpful and friendly.
